Burger nights are simple. Burger nights are quick. Burger nights may even be dirty. Crispy dripping vegetable masala patty tossed in cayenne and lathered with dijon and sour cream, soft challah roll, doughy and toasted, a scoop of salsa, a sprinkle of salt, a pinch of pepper, A handful of spinach for purely good measure. We enjoyed our burgers next to a big pile of baked sweet potato fries and a small bowl of mixed vegetables. We licked our plates clean.
