We ate enough sweets throughout the day on February 14th (and the day after) to feel satisfied, treated, indulged.
But a few days later, Valentine’s Day reared its head once more. The evening called for chocolate covered strawberries, DIY style. The night beckoned for a walk on the wild side-warm melted chocolate.
This is one of the easiest desserts to make at home and it never fails to please: melt four squares of quality dark chocolate over low heat adding 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 large pat of butter. Serve with virtually anything.
My personal favorites are strawberries, bananas, and graham crackers but the possibilities are only as limited as the imagination here, that and the your stomach’s capacity to hold its chocolate**
