Big Days

I apologize for the lack of photo in this post but my smoothie was so delightful I sort of gulped it back and kept going. It’s a big day for me. And big days call for balanced breakfasts (and some ginger ale to help with the butterflies in the tummy business).

Sweet Potato Bluberry Banana Smoothie For a Big Day

1/3 baked sweet potato

1 small banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1 handful spinach

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoon rolled oats

1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

Pinch of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Blend until the smoothie reaches desired consistency. Enjoy, but go slowly, brain freeze still hurts!
