Better Brunch

Brunch conjures up images of pancakes drowning in butter and syrup, light and fluffy french toast, eggs over easy on top of greasy home fries, DONUTS!

But brunch can be a simpler affair, if it so desires.

Multigrain toast topped with scrambled egg whites served beside blanched green beans and a baked sweet potato with a piece of pepperjack cheese for flavor. It’s amazing how different a meal such as this makes you feel as compared to a lumberjack special at the local diner.
